When You Book a Session, You Comply with These Policies:
Cancellation Policy: If you confirm a session set to begin within 24 hours, and you cannot make it for any reason, you will owe 100% of the hourly rate that it was scheduled for. If it is within 48 hours, and you cannot make it for any reason, you owe 50% of the scheduled hours. You must pay this balance before you can book another session.
Sessions are by appointment only; no walk-ins. Clock begins within 15 minutes of start time, no exceptions.

This is a service-for-hire company, no contracts are required, but contracts are available.
